  • Payments will due by the end of the week the walk was carried out in.

  • Cash or bank transfer are preferred methods of payment, bank details on request.

  • Dogs will only be off the lead with the permission of the owner.

  • Aggressive dogs will not be accepted.

  • In the event of a clients dog  becoming aggressive , we will terminate any agreement we have and will no longer walk the dog.

  • In the event of an emergency we will contact the owner to decide the course of action.

  • All dogs will be photographed during their walks and maybe used for promotional purposes and social media unless the owners do not give permission.

  • Any photograph used on social media is available to be used  or copied by the dogs owner without any permission required.

  • We do not charge cancellation fees as we are aware situations can change.

  • Appointments at specific times or days can not be guaranteed, but we will attempt to accommodate clients  requirements as best we can.

  • Client's dogs are not transported as part of our service, but if required we will ask owners permission.

  • We operate a pet social distancing policy on all walks and will not actively interact with other dog owners and their dogs.

  • Clients must inform us if any dog health issues or dogs in season when appropriate.

  • LEAD On Dog Walking is not affiliated to or associated to any other company trading under the same name.

  • LEAD On Dog Walking will always treat clients and their dogs with respect, and will not tolerate any abusive language or threatening behaviour.
